About Ikhaya
Tucked into a leafy pocket of B-104, Greater Kailash-1, Ikhaya Hotel is built around a single idea — that the best part of travelling is finding a place that slows you down. The name Ikhaya comes from the Zulu and Xhosa word for 'home', and that intent runs through every corner: rooms dressed in soft linens, corridors that stay quiet, and a front desk that remembers your name by the second morning.
We are new to the neighbourhood, but our team has spent years in hospitality across Delhi. We know where the morning chai is best, how to time a cab to Khan Market, and which rickshaw wallahs in M-Block can be trusted at midnight. That local fluency is the part you don't see — but you'll notice it when you need it.
Whether you are here for a board meeting, a wedding in the family, or a week of slow exploration, Ikhaya is designed to feel less like a hotel and more like the Delhi address you always wished you had.
